The hotel was in a magnificent and stunning location, in the centre. Overall, I had a really comfortable stay because of the brilliantly friendly staff members. The food was amazing with variety of alternatives.

I was happy with hotel's marvellous location very close to the national park. The breakfast was great with a great selection of delicious options. Location: the venue was near the metro. Spent a nice evening at Osgood's, located easy walk to the venue.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not particularly helpful.

The hotel property was nice with beautiful location close to the cafeteria as well as local shopping malls. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff was available all the time. Exceptionally comfortable bed, excellent room and comfy, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Staying at the venue was comfortable, I will come back.

my recent stay in potomac was great, but my stay at bolger hotel and conference center exceeded all expectations. the park-like setting and lovely buildings created a true getaway. the rooms may be small but they are incredibly clean. the complimentary coffee in the room and real glass for drinks were nice touches. parking was free and convenient. the buffet breakfast was fantastic, and at only $12 it was a steal. i was pleasantly surprised to find this hidden gem in the area and will definitely be returning again and again.
Breakfast experience .

Perfect location for where I wanted to be....... attending a week end workshop at Shady Grove U. Small room had everything I needed at a very affordable rate. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and generously accomodating. Well kept grounds .....spacious. I'd gladly stay again if in the area.
If I would be coming to explore D.C. itself I might want to be more in the city than the suburbs. That is not certain. I understand there is a shuttle from the hotel to the metro. I did not try it. It might work perfectly well.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my trip, with easy access to the nearby attractions. The grounds were beautiful, and I enjoyed taking walks and enjoying the park-like setting. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more pleasant.
There were a few downsides to my stay. The room I stayed in was on the smaller side, which was a bit of a disappointment.

It was a beautiful location, the people were nice and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable.
I was unaware, when booking, that the "hotel" was really a "campus". As an older adult with somewhat limited mobility, this was an unexpected challenge. This aspect should be made clear on our website. When my friend and I arrived we were told that the room we had booked (deluxe with 2 beds) was not available!!! Various options were offered, but in this day of instant communication, I can see no reason that we could not have been notified in advance that our room was not available. This would have afforded us to opportunity to make alternative arrangements. No way to make friends.
